what is islamiq?
IslamIQ is a small, Islamic family-owned brand, based out of Canada.
The purpose of IslamIQ is to provide an online space where Muslims can have access to unique, modest apparel, innovative and exciting educational tools, as well as a place where questions can be asked without pressure or judgement.
Are your products made to order?
Yes — all of our products are made to order except for the digital file of the ‘Family Tree of Abd al-Muttalib’, and our flagship trivia game.
how accurate is your information?
With both our informational blog posts and our ‘Question Box’ — we make sure to include references to all facts used. We refer first to the Qur’an, followed by accepted hadiths from Sahih Bukhari and Muslim (sometimes others as well so long as the grading is Sahih). As well, we make sure to refer to the opinions of the majority of scholars — and we disclose all of that in our answers Insha’Allah.
what if there is an issue with my order?
If your order arrives with damage incurred during transit, or if there is a print error or any such issues — please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order, at support@islamiqtrivia.com (a picture of the issue is helpful for us to proceed promptly with a return/exchange).
The courier is asking me to pay to recieve my package
If a courier applies a customs or brokerage charge at delivery, please go ahead and pay it so you can receive your order — let us know at support@islamiqtrivia.com and we will reimburse the full amount promtly.
Most orders are produced locally. In rare cases, an item may be fulfilled at the nearest alternative facility due to availability, which can result in a customs or brokerage fee applied by the courier.
The courier left a customs/brokerage payment notice to receive my package
If a courier leaves a payment notice for you to receive your package, please send a picture of it to support@islamiqtrivia.com and we will take care of the cost for you online.

Aside from our flagship Trivia Game — we ship globally insha’Allah. Depending on the product and the region, shipping rates may vary.
How long does delivery take?
Once you place your order, processing takes approximately 2 business days, and then shipping takes between 4-6 business days.
